Set on a steep hillside, this project transformed a challenging site into a series of functional outdoor rooms. Terraced stone walls—crafted from boulders found on-site—both stabilized the slope and created usable living spaces. Circulation was redefined by shortening the driveway and curving a new parking area, while screening elements ensured privacy. Naturalistic gardens with four-season interest were designed to frame window views and connect each outdoor space. A vegetable garden, terraced berry hillside, and meandering paths enrich daily use. The property also features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a sauna deck with covered lounge, and a creekside deck, while the rear woodland was preserved as a natural backdrop.
